Since the beginning of the SRR contract in 2009, our mission has been to safely manage our work, disposition legacy nuclear liquid waste, and operationally close radioactive liquid waste tanks. As the SRR Team moves toward the end of the contract, which ends June 30, 2017, we are Finishing Strong.
Our achievements have shown the level of dedication of our workforce, which has played a crucial role in the liquid waste program. As a Team, SRR has:
Our workers follow the safest practices to ensure we can perform without incident. We have executed millions of hours of safe work, meaning our employees leave work the same way as they arrived. I am proud of the team here at SRR as we push forward to the finish line.
Without a supportive community, continuing the mission would be impossible. I am thankful for our stakeholders, community leaders, and public supporters who have stood by us throughout the years and continue to do so as we demonstrate the safe and successful execution of our mission.
